Vegetables

Playful everyday vegetables; a modern, informal motif that suits kitchen, lunch and food-gift wraps.

Modern

Everyday vegetables have no classical pattern history, apart from a few lucky foods such as the eggplant of the first-dream proverb or the gourd. Playful vegetable prints are a modern design for kitchen towels, tenugui and lunch-box furoshiki, tied to the revival of furoshiki as reusable wrapping.
