1. Lay the furoshiki inside up as a diamond and set the 2 bottles in the centre. Corner A points at you.
2. Lay both bottles on their sides between corners D and B, bases facing each other. Point each neck toward a side corner and leave a gap of about 2 fingers between the bases. You should now see 2 bottles lying in a line, necks toward D (left) and B (right).
3. Fold corner C (far) toward you over both bottles. Tuck the tip of C under the near side of the bottles.
4. Roll both bottles toward corner A (near) until all the furoshiki is wrapped. Roll firmly and keep the gap between the bases. You should now see a long tight tube with corner D at the left end and B at the right.
5. Lift ends B and D up so the 2 bottles stand side by side, bases together. The tube folds at the gap between the bases.
6. Tie B and D in a square knot above the necks. Cross the ends and tie once, then cross them the other way and tie again. You should now see 2 bottles standing side by side with a knot on top to carry them.
